The April Breakfast Club

The 79°West monthly breakfast club is one the biggest networking events in the Chatham community right now. Nearly one hundred people joined us this month for free breakfast, live music and an abundance of business opportunities. These breakfast clubs take place on the first Tuesday of each month in the 79°West common area.

About Chet Mann

Business leader, Chet Mann, has a fairly stacked resume. As a fourth generation native of Sanford, some say Chet Mann was destined to take office. Chet Mann was the mayor of his home town of Sanford for nearly a decade. His nine years in office were spent creating opportunities for Lee and Chatham county and growing our surrounding communities.

The NC MSRP expressed appreciate for Mann's leadership and partnerships during his time as Mayor. "Under his leadership, Sanford focused on smart, sustainable growth and nurtured the public-private partnerships necessary to compete on a national and international scale. Sanford has become a prime location for industry, innovation, tourism, the arts, and more." - NC MSRP.

But that is not all Mann has done in recent years. Chet Mann has been a licensed loan officer for the last fifteen years. He has also held titles such as: Branch Manager, Regional VP, Area Sales Manager and Producing Area Manager.

What's next?

Chet is currently assisting, training, and coaching prospective Loan Officers and recruiting new team members in an effort to help them grow. He is passionate about giving back to the community and hopes to help Chatham and Lee county anyway he can.

When is the next Breakfast Club?

The next breakfast club will be Tuesday, May 6th at 9am. We have another amazing guest speaker lined up for you all. Stephanie Nielson, the new owner of Barre3, the new workout studio adjacent to 79°West, is joining us to share her unique and triumphant story. It will be another can't miss event.
